Merritt Signs Two BalCo Leases
Merritt Properties has signed two new tenants to leases in Baltimore County.
ReliaSource, Inc., an IT Relocation Services firm, has signed a new lease for 18,360 square feet at 3361-3363 Hollins Ferry Road, part of the Hollins Ferry Three building. The team of Jamie Campbell, Vince Bagli, Ridgely Bowman and Steve Shaw with Merritt Properties, LLC were the sole brokers on the transaction.
Hollins Ferry Three is a single-story brick construction 80,400 SF building with 20' clear ceiling heights. More information on the building can be found by clicking on the link at the end of the story.
In the second lease, Frank Gumpert Printing has signed a 9,230 square foot lease at 2020 Lord Baltimore Drive. Pat Franklin, Whit Levering and Lou Boeri with Merritt Properties, LLC were the sole brokers on this transaction.
