Preston's Wingrat Reps Excel Lighting in Kelso Lease

Excel Lighting Services, LLC has signed a 3,333 square foot office with warehouse lease at 8839 Kelso Dr. in Baltimore.

Scott Wingrat of Preston Partners represented the tenant, which provides equipment and service for rentals and sales, as well as production and installation services for the entertainment industry. The building, which is owned by Merritt Properties, was represented by the team of Pat Franklin, Whit Levering and Lou Boeri, all with Merritt Properties, LLC.
