Social Solutions Hires NPower Pennsylvania Founder Lisa Shulock

Leading provider of human service performance management software continues rapid expansion and focus on customer success

Baltimore, MD - Social Solutions, the leading provider of performance management software for human services, announced today the hire of NPower Pennsylvania founder Lisa Shulock. Lisa will lead a consulting practice that more effectively connects nonprofit, private, and public sector human service organizations and their efforts with the social outcomes that they would like to achieve, utilizing Social Solutions' Efforts to Outcomes (ETOTM) software.

Lisa's hire marks a continued expansion of the executive management team at Social Solutions, following the fairly recent hires of Brian Hullinger (Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing), Brian Groves (Sr. Director of Marketing), and Harry Chiu (Chief Operating Officer). Lisa's hire also demonstrates the company's commitment to customer success, as Social Solutions continues its rapid growth phase and adds several hundred new customers per year. Lisa will manage the company's existing professional service teams, and will provide human service and information technology expertise for the company's customers, which include government organizations, funders, evaluators, service providers, and collaboratives.

"Lisa's experience in youth services, family services, housing, education, and HIV/AIDS will be a tremendous asset to our customers," said Matt Schubert, CEO of Social Solutions. "Lisa understands nonprofit challenges first hand. With her assistance, service providers will see higher impact programs, improved efficiency, and improved ability to secure additional funding, and funders and government organizations will see improved collaboration and service delivery in their community based initiatives.

Lisa's career includes 18 years of experience in the human service field. Prior to joining Social Solutions, Lisa founded NPower Pennsylvania and led the company as it assisted over 250 nonprofit organizations in evaluating and using information technology to expand the reach and impact of their work. Lisa also served as the Director of Operations at Project H.O.M.E, and as the Executive Director of CHOICE in Philadelphia, PA. She has an MBA from Yale University School of Management.
