M&I Properties breaks ground on Carroll Station II
Description:
M&I Properties LLC has broken ground on Caroll Station II, an 8,000 square foot retail strip site on the 1700 Block of Liberty Road in Eldersburg.
The property is immediately adjacent to Carroll Station I, a 16,000 square foot, 100 percent leased retail strip center also developed by M&I Properties.
The new center is 50 percent leased to an as-yet unnamed retailer that will take the center site, leaving the two end caps available for leasing.
White Pines Construction is doing the site work, with Hanover, PA-based Hostsetter Construction serving as the General Contractor.
Scott Miller with the Columbia, MD-office of Re/Max 100 is handling leasing.
