George Wills, is founder and Chairman of Wills & Associates, operating as a partnership with Brad Wills, President & CEO. He began his business work by serving 6 years as Vice President of the Washington office of Hill & Knowlton, international public affairs counsel. In government, as a White House Fellow, he was special assitant to the Director of the Office of Management & Budget (OMB). During the American Bicentennial, he was President/CEO of the American Land Trust , a national program with American business that raised $300 million to protect natural and historic land.

Wills began his professional career as Director/Public Relations—Johns Hopkins University and Assistant to Dr. Milton Eisenhower , President of the University and Chair of the President's Commission on the Prevention of Crime /Violence in the U.S. His career began as a naval officer, serving as navigator aboard a U.S. 6th Fleet ship.

He has had a broad range of Board—corporate/civic —assignments: USF&G Corporation; Aspen Institute, Washington College, Baltimore Museum of Art, founding director of the Foundation for Efficiency & Economy - a private sector commission on government management.

In the public policy and civic area: U.S Commission on the Constitutional System; Episcopal Community Services of Maryland , Co-Chair of the Board of Directors—"Md. Life " Magazine; Chair of the Board of the American Agriculture Foundation/St. Paul's School, Board member of the Md. State Fair.

Mr. Wills lives in Ruxton, Maryland.
