Baltimore, MD - Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin Realty (YWGC), the residential real estate division of The Strata Group, has selected Steve Meszaros as its new Executive Vice President, Regional Manager. He was formerly with Long and Foster Real Estate, where he managed several of the firm's offices throughout Anne Arundel County.
In his new role, Mr. Meszaros will oversee day-to-day operations and management of YWGC's three Baltimore City offices in Canton, Federal Hill and the soon to open location in McHenry Row. His responsibilities entail working directly with the downtown Realtor® team to design and execute strategies aimed at accelerating production, creating marketing and sales programs aimed at increasing the volume of listings and examining and improving overall operational efficiencies.

Mr. Meszaros has more than 33 years of directly-related business experience and also worked as a Vice President for Equitable Trust. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore, as well as a Master's Degree from the Rutgers University School of Banking.
Mr. Meszaros is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors. For the Maryland Association of Realtors, he is the immediate Past President and serves on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. The Woodbine, MD resident is also Past President of the Carroll County Association of Realtors.
YWGC currently has a roster of more than 190 Realtors covering the Central Maryland region that are aided by an array of personnel and technological resources and marketing assistance including mobile app technology that allows buyers to perform targeted searches and take virtual tours of properties. "Drip marketing" campaigns are also extensively utilized by its Realtors and all buyers receive copies of settlement documents on CDs at the conclusion of the transaction.
